Shenzhen Hongbai Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in Jul. 2003, which is a national level hi-tech enterprise specializing in designing and manufacturing stud welders, high-frequency spot welder and multi-functional arc welder. As one of the key enterprise of Shenzhen, we are currently undertaking the “National Key Scientific and Technological Project”, the “China Torch Program” and being funded by the “National Innovation Fund”. In the 12th of “The National Five Year Project—the automatic car production line based on robots”, we are responsible for producing the spot welder for robots. Our main products include stud welding system for car body, the full range of stud welders, DSP based high frequency suspension DC spot welder/stationary spot welder, DSP based high frequency DC spot welder for robots, etc. In addition, we supply a variety of automatic CNC welding platform of spot welding, stud welding and arc welding.
Our stud welders have been widely used by automobile manufacturers in China, such as FAW-Volkswagen, Shanghai Volkswagen, Beijing Benz, Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile, FAW, GAC-Toyota, Dongfeng-Nissan, Changan-PSA, GM, Chery Automobile, Great Wall Motor, Haima Motor, Geely Automobile, etc.
We have one scientific and technological achievement, 12 patent for invention, 32 new practical patents, 13 computer software copyright registration certificates and 5 product’s exterior design patents in possession. Among all, the “automatic stud welding system for car body” was accredited as Shenzhen Independent Innovation Key Product and Guangdong Hi-tech Product. DSP high-frequency DC spot welder was one of the funding projects for 2013 National Innovation Funding as well as the China Torch Program.
Our products have passed the ISO9001: 2008 International Qualification System Certification. The spot welders have passed the China Compulsory Certification (CCC).
